Chromium and Vanadium are minerals; chromium plays a role in glucose and fatty acid metabolism, protein synthesis, and may be helpful in balancing cholesterol levels; vanadium is required for cellular metabolism, bone and teeth formation, growth, reproduction, and inhibits cholesterol synthesis.
Directions: As a dietary supplement for adults, take 1 teaspoon daily (preferably between meals) or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Best taken alone. May be mixed with water or juice.
